Dr Shanli Alizadeh

Cairns Dentist welcomes Dr Shanli Alizadeh in Dubbo, for all their latest dental treatments and techniques, given gently by their caring team of dentists.

Shanli is a home-grown Dentist, arriving to Dubbo from rural practice in Wagga Wagga, she brings her extensive experience in both rural and metropolitan regions to National Dental Care. Shanli was raised and educated on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and entered into a dental practice after completing a bachelor of Dentistry Degree at the University of Sydney. Her enthusiasm for patient education and care combined with her scientific education enables her to provide a comprehensive individual treatment plan for each of her patients. Her patients are encouraged to take an active role in their preventative care plan with regular backup and support from herself. Shanli is a member of the Australian Dental Association and regularly attends continuing education and clinical sessions both within the University of Sydney and at other international education seminars. Her special interests include Periodontology (gum health) which developed when she began teaching and mentoring students of the Dental Hygiene Degree at Sydney University. Her other interests include enlightening her patients on preventative dentistry to prevent oral problems from beginning in the first instance and keeping up to date with the latest techniques on Minimalistic Cosmetic Dentistry to restore a natural smile for her patients. She is currently on the committee for the Women Dentists Association (NSW) which aims to maintain the standards of clinical care through legislative policy advice on dental matters. A healthy balanced lifestyle is a passion for Shanli and she enjoys regular yoga, a scout around for good coffee, playing weekly tennis, reading on lifestyle topics and she is currently working on her running distance.
